Current outages

Our team will update this section during business hours only. After-hours outages will not be posted here; updates about any active outages will be made during business hours.

Outage map

View current power outages using the power outage map below. The map only updates every 10 minutes during business hours (7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday).

Before reporting an outage

  1. Check to see if others are without power. If others are without power too, report an outage (see below).
  2. If you're the only one without electricity, check your circuit breaker panel or fuse box (note that in some homes or buildings, the main breaker is located near the electric meter). If the breakers are in the “on” position and the fuses are not burned out, and your home is the only home without power, you may need to call an electrician.

Reporting an outage

If others are without power, call our Report a Power Outage line at 970-663-1043. When you call, be prepared to give your name, address, telephone number and any information about the power outage.

In the event of an outage, our Power Outage line may experience hold times due to others reporting the outage. As soon as anyone reports an outage, our crews respond immediately to work on restoring power, 24/7/365.
