Location: Alley between East 4th and East 5th Streets, from Lincoln Avenue to Washington Avenue (known as "Sweetheart Alley")

Project summary

It's our mission to provide safe, reliable utility service to our customers. Infrastructure maintenance is a critical part of that mission. 

The sanitary sewer line beneath Sweetheart Alley was originally installed in the 1920s. The line reached the end of its useful life and was replaced.

This project marked the beginning of a multi-phased replacement of the existing gravity sanitary sewer line from Railroad Avenue to Washington Avenue along Sweetheart Alley.
