LWP Home Menu2023 Customer Survey
About the survey
Loveland Water and Power partnered with E-Source, a Boulder-based research and consulting firm supporting utilities, to facilitate a survey for our customers designed to give us comprehensive feedback on our performance and goals for the future.
The survey comes at a critical time in the industry, with utilities facing supply chain issues, vetting new technologies and recognizing a desperate need to conserve resources.
The last time we sent a holistic customer survey like this one was nearly a decade ago, in 2014. This year's survey was sent to a random selection of our customers in March in April 2023. Survey takers were asked questions about focus areas including our performance, our values as a utility, current programs and offerings, future programs and offerings and communication preferences. To incentivize survey completion we offered three $100 bill credits to residential customers who completed the survey and one $300 bill credit to business customers who completed the survey; three residential customers and one business were randomly chosen as winners.
