Water quality testing occurs frequently, at regular intervals, and results are made public on our webpages for all Loveland Water and Power customers.

Types of water quality reports:

Drinking water quality reports, which review water quality, service quality and contaminant levels

Source water reports, which report on the quality of the source water entering our water system from the Colorado-Big Thompson Project (CBT)

Hydrant Flushing

Every year starting in April Loveland Water and Power will systematically flush hydrants across Loveland. This large-scale maintenance project helps keep the interior of pipes clean and hydrants working properly, while also helping to ensure our water maintains its excellent quality.

You can read more about hydrant flushing and when it may impact your neighborhood here.
